Hi all. I just underwent a band to sleeve conversion. I was sleeved on November 5. I will be going to Hawaii the second week in December. I know it may seem too soon to be eating much of anything, but my MD cleared me to progress to soft foods this week. She suggested I go with poke or sashimi. I love both of those foods, but know it may not be reasonable for every meal. Any suggestions on what I should eat while on vacation?

I dont know if this link will work but I had a page of soft food stage my doctor gave me..... you can buy Soup, scrambled eggs, chicken, string cheese.
