Getting through the Hard Days?

Hi Everyone?

Are there things you do to get through the rough days?

Works a nightmare today and I am just ready to kill and eat real food.

I just seem to be really short today - too much to do and I dont have time to keep getting up to get rid of all this Water :embarassed: so thats making me more aggitated. Doesn't help that I never tried this campbell's lowsodium chicken broth and I don't care much for it. But i have to get at least half of it down becuase I know I don't have anough sugarfree Jello to get me through the afternoon if I skip it.

Maybe I'm just being a baby or need to go for a stroll in the parking lot.

Thanks!

your name says it all - you CAN Do it! But yeah, everyone has the rough days and it will be over before you know it! Good luck!

I don't have any great advice, but I will say the period before surgery where I was doing the pre-op diet was MUCH harder then the post-op stuff. So, just remind yourself it will be over soon.
