Is There Any Southaven Ms Sleevers?

Today starts my 2 wk liver shrink diet..Surgery 11/30... Man is this harder than I thought... I drank my protein shake then ate my small fruit for Breakfast. For lunch I did the same but added dry lettuce cucumbers and carrots... Is this all I can eat for breakfast and lunch????? any suggestions???? My work is having thanksgiving today...GO FIGURE! I know this will get easier but WOW. If theres any Southaven sleevers I would love to contact ya so We can support each other! Because I sure need some support!
