Pureed Question

Hi all,

I began the puree phase yesterday, and am having some trouble figuring this all out. My physician expects us to get between 80 - 100 grams of Protein in daily, and how the heck can I do that at this time? I can only eat a couple of tablespoons of food. So I end up mixing my shakes to get the protein, and they fill me up, so I don't want the puree. I'm just not sure how to successfully make this transition. Any suggestions?

Add unflavored Unjury protein powder to your pureed food i.e. apple sauce, pureed peas and carrots. Also the tuna from subway was easy for me to get down because it is not chunky and tuna is a great source of protein!
