Weight Loss Stopped 3 Weeks Post Op

Hey! I had surgery on 10/15. Ive lost 28 lbs so far but for 8 days Ive been stuck at the same weight. Im eating 4 3oz blended meals a day of low cal low fat no sugar food....any ideas why I have stopped losing?

Sounds like you've hit the famous 3-4 week stall. No worries. You'll start losing again.

Others have posted that it's your body's way of catching up. Some people stall through out their weight loss and some don't ever stall.

Normal. Keep with it. It will kick in again.

Yep, don't worry about it, just like others have said. I am in my 3rd week out and just had my first plateau, too. One thing that will help is to take body measurements. You should continue to lose fat even if you're not losing weight, so the difference will show up in your body :)
