I am not sure if I am tired or if it is lack of motivation or if I am letting life get in the way. I am 10 months out...and it feels like my body is fighting me to exercise. I have no energy, no desire....and have no clue where it went. I use to sweat and bust my butt now it is like I barely can do 30 minutes. Please tell me this is a phase.... I am on B12, so I am getting that. How do I get my motivation back? Where did it go? I still have 40lbs to go......
