what is over eating????

i was talking to a friend about me having this surgery and he told me that i don't eat enough to get this surgery but he over eats. So sometimes after i just finish eating I'm stuff but then 10 mins later its like i never eat anything does that happened to anyone else?? if we have pizza i can eat 3 slices but if i go for an other peice then im really full so do i over eat????

It doesnt have to be binge eating and you dont have to do it at every meal. But if you're overweight, you eat more than you need.

If you eat three slices of pizza, then you definitely eat enough to get this surgery. Three slices of pizza is approximately 750 calories, and that's just for small, cheese pieces. If we're talking large pieces with meat, you're looking at well over 1,000 calories in one meal. My thin friends eat one or one and a half pieces of pizza when they eat, not three. I think portions are so out of control these days, that people think huge portions aren't much. Tell your friend you definitely need the surgery.
