Head Cold

I am 7 weeks out and woke up this morning with a head cold that has me asking why I came to work. I can't take anymore time off since I took it off for the surgery. I have a call into the DR. but I wanted to know what over the counter meds you guys have taken for a head cold. Sinus pressure head ache and sore throat. I did take Tylenol this morning for the headache but it didn't do anything.
