Motivation

I don't know what's wrong wit me ever since my surgery but I have no motivation to actually go to the gym. I have a treadmill at home and have been really good about using it everyday but I think it wud help more if I went and used the other machines like the elliptical and others. But I just have no push to go!

When were you sleeved? I just walked for about the first 6-8 weeks and joined the gym after that. I was too tired to do much more and it worked out fine.

Do you have a friend that can go with you a couple times a week? Or create a really good workout playlist on your ipod and jam!

I recently started going to my local 24 Hour Fitness and everyday I go to one of their exercise classes which are a lot of fun, and the best part is that my weight has been falling off!

Which is the best motivation to keep going to the gym!

You will never have the opportunity to lose weight like you can now, so go to the gym and you won't regret it!

Best of luck,
