Are you using the mobile skin or our dedicated app on your iphone please ?

I'm not sure what a mobile skin is? I do use the VST app. I have the iphone w Siri. I think it's 4G?

Install our mobile app. That should resolve any issues you're having on your phone.

Are you using 4S ? Is it in panoramic view ? I tested both views and they worked perfectly for me after 7th line.

Can you take a screenshot and send to me please ? To take screenshot on your iPhone, click home and power button at same time.

I had the same problem this morning and I got so frustrated...I eventually just logged in on my laptop to post to a thread! I also have the mobile app on my iphone
