Cant Believe I Am Doing It!

I am scheduled for surgery in about a week on Nov 6th! It is coming so fast! Yikes! I started to try to prepare myself by watching what I eat and portions. I am now on my pre op diet which is more flexible than most. I am allowed I have 3 carnation instant breakfast shakes a day and two lean or smart ones meals. I started out weighing 268 on my first meeting with the doc 2 months ago and today I weighed 251! I can't believe I am actually loosing weight! I haven't been under 250 since before I had my first child 8 years ago! I am so excited to keep going and become a healthy person. Good luck to you all who have surgery this week and those who are fresh out of surgery!
