Cowgirljane I am working out already and I want to maximize my loss by doing everything to the T. I will tell you, I let myself have a weekend where I ate the way I use to, I have been sick off and on since, and for me its a great reminder of why I was doing this I've been poisoning my body all these years I was extremely lethargic, and after this last weekend I'm I never care if I eat any of that food ever again. I'm excited that I finally have enough drive to do this :D Congrats on your weight loss everybody.
