Please :help: . Is low-fat frozen yogurt OK to have. I have been blending it with skim milk and carnation instant Breakfast b/c I'm still on full liquid satge. It's kind of like a milk-shake. I know milk-shakes are bad, but this Yogurt Shake has like 18G of Protein, 4G of fat, and 250 calories. I think it's ok. I'm just not sure. SOMEBODY :help: . I"ve been to obesityhelp.com and can't find anything there either.

What you're describing does seem like it would fall in to the "full liquids" stage, absolutely.
