First One Month Pre-Op Program Visit

Today I have been in my 6 month program for 1 month. I weighed in at 270, that is 11 pounds of my 30 gone forever. Woohoo!!!

I did find out in the program today that as soon as I loose the additional 19 pounds. I get my appointment with the surgeon YEA!!

How dud you loose your pre-op weight?
