Hunger Is Here

Well, I am almost 4 months into the post sleeve experience and the amount of time until I get hungry after eating is shortening. It used to be I would have no trouble going from meal to meal without feeling hungry. Meal to meal is about 3 hours for me. Now I get hungry father about flyer 1.5 hours. I am not totally ravishing, but I get the occasional tugs. I have been eating protein at every meal. In fact, all I eat is protein so no trouble in that department. I drink enough water so no trouble there either. My meal size is typically 3 ounces. Do you have any suggestions to avoid getting hungry 1/2 way between meals. Not that it matters, but I have never cheated or not eaten when I am not supposed to. I intend to keep it that ay in order to be the best success I can be. Thanks for your help. Again, I am at about 4 months.
