Seems like a lot but I would not worry about a precise amount. I would suggest gaging it on how you urine looks. If you are NOT urinating then you are not getting enough Water. If it's dark yeallow or heaven forbid BROWN then again your are not getting enough water. If your urine is clear to mildly yellow then you are hydrated and doing OK. If you are urinating every hour on the hour or so then you are probably getting more than enough and can perhaps slack off a bit.

I agree with rootman. 10 days out for me was about an oz every 15 min or so...getting in 4 oz in 15 min is amazing, but it will depend on how often you go to bathroom too. and what color your urine is, and if it's too dark I would suggest the ER .... to be on the safe side. At least a phone call to the doctor's office. Bottom line, drink at the pace you are comfortable with.
