Salad Mid Day Instead Of Evening....

Will it matter if I do my salad for lunch instead of dinner on my pre op diet? I think it would be easier for me.

I'm glad you asked this. I've been doing the same thing, but never thought to ask if it would hurt anything.

I haven't had my NUT appt. yet, it's 10/23 & I start liquids 10/24. If I have the option of one meal I plan on doing it at lunch as well. I'm not a nutritionist - but I honestly can't see any reason why it would change anything just based on the time you eat it. I'd rather do lunch so my body has longer to work off the calories and ppl at work won't ask why I'm not eating.

My NUT said it didn't matter when I had the meal as long as it was a meal put together of the approved list of food.

I ate lunch instead of dinner!

On all liquid now....

I wish I was allowed a nut, so I would know how many calories I should be consuming.
