09/17/2012 Sleevers :)

Hello fellow sleevers! I just wanted to see how yall are coming along. What are you eating? How about exercise?

I'm down 25lbs and I've just started weights and a yoga ball (which is harder than it looks, lol)

I was 9/19 your doing great we're real close on weight loss keep up the good work.

I was 9/18 and am down 22 last time I checked (a couple days ago). I'm just now getting to the point that I can tolerate solid foods, not getting all my water or protein most days, but coming close. Have been walking and using hand weights, but not much exercise other than that. Thinking about a Y membership for the winter months. Yall are doing great !!!
