  1. A couple inches below....but right in the middle. I've had no such luck going to the bathroom. I didn't go for a week and then it cane all at once. Now it's been another week and I haven't gone yet again despite plenty of fluids and Chia seeds and suppositories and laxatives. I'm gassy but no poop Still having right sided pain. I just started my job at Exxon so I can't take off for a doctors appointment...frustrating!!! The trainers are like boot camp sergeants! A soon as I can I will get to my doc
  2. Thank you!!! That's where I was confused. I will definitely ask for this to be done. I'm so confused so maybe this will confirm my concerns! If rather it be this instead of doing more trouble shooting...ugh
  3. Yes, they did ultrasound and looked over the whole area. If the ultrasound d didn't show anything I wouldn't think I would need further gallbladder tests right?
  4. Oh yeah!!! Baytown Texas...near Houston
  5. I'm making an appointment next week. I've started Chia seeds and more exercising just in case my symptoms are from being backed up or not being active enough. I moved to Texas after having my surgery in Louisiana so I need to find a doctor that can do my after care. Having pain again today. Ugh.
  6. I'll get straight to the point: I had my surgery in September of last year and I have been great. But the past month or so I have bad pain on my right side under my ribs with severe back pain and constipation. Also, there is a weird burning sensation that comes in waves right below my sternum. I've never had this kind of pain. I went to the emergency room after a bad attack and I just knew it had to be my gallbladder....but they couldn't find anything! No elevated white blood cells, nothing in the urinalysis, nothing on the ultrasound, and nothing in the blood work. They checked my pancreas, liver, and gallbladder. I believe their diagnosis but now I'm stuck with the mystery pain! I hope nothing is wrong regarding my sleeve but I'm not sure what else could be happening. Has anyone experienced this type of pain??? An ulcer, maybe??
  7. I'm glad to hear this I'm 6 months out. I was feeling constipated so I tried a colon cleanse product called Calm. It was an extremely painful day...lol. Lost 4 pounds in one day but was very ill and weak. I need an everyday kind of solution because you couldn't pay me to try that stuff again!!! Lol!
  8. My friends dad swears by them. He says they are really good for digestion and for regulating your blood sugar so its great for Type 2 Diabetes. He also says its great regardless of your issue: if you are plugged up it unclogs you. If you go too much it slows you down. I'm doing some more research on my own but I wanted to ask and see if any of you have tried it. Thank you!!!
  9. If you get extensions just make sure they are the clip on kind and not the kind that are weaved into your hair. Since your hair is falling out the extensions will just fall out with it. I'm 6 months out and still losing lots of hair. I take lots of Biotin and take all my Vitamins, too. The problem is the Protein intake. It needs to be consistent. I'm not getting enough, of course. But even if you are it might not save you from lots of shedding. Mine comes out evenly, not in Patches or anything. No one can really tell but me. I had to cut it short (from my butt!) And get layers. It looks so good now but I miss long hair. The weight loss is great though so I don't mind! My stylist told me you can buy hair protein at Sallys, but I haven't checked it out yet. I usually high light my hair but I'm scared to do anything that harmful so I guess I'm going to be natural for a change...lol
  10. I'm only having the odor issue during my period. When I research this I only get general smell answers but mine is strictly related to my period. Can ketosis cause this?
  11. I'm glad I'm not alone too! I've been researching online and not finding much. Its only while on my period. The rest of the time I'm okay. I'm going to try the Rephresh too. My husband is coming home tomorrow and its Valentines so I want to be on my 'A' game, you know? Lol!
  12. Thank you! I'll look into that. See? This is why all questions should be accepted here. It helps esse the mind :-)
  13. Well, its only been the past couple of months. My surgery date was 9/17.
  14. I'm only down 50lbs and my surgery date was 9/17. I'm happy but I still have 30lbs still my goal. Ugh... I use to struggle to NOT eat so many calories. Now I struggle to eat enough! And the protein...eek! I don't get nearly enough in! I've tried so many protein shakes but I can't stand the taste. I eat a lot of eggs and cottage cheese...my saviors! Congrats to all your weight loss! I feel so sexy now...you should too!
  15. We are all adults so I hope I don't get any crap...lol. I had a 'monthly' question for you ladies: I have the Mirena and my periods have been really, really light until surgery. Now they are 7 days AT LEAST and a little heavier. My hormones are really kicking my butt, too. I can handle all that but the main question I have is if anyone else has experienced a horrible smell as well? I'm very clean and very self conscience so that why I can't understand it??? Please forgive my bluntness...lol. I have to wait for new insurance to kick in so I can't see my doctor yet. Thanks for the help! And remember...ADULTS. No smart arses please.
  16. Yeah, the main thing I do is the huge single hiccup....i get lots of looks with that one!
  17. I was sleeved on 09/17. I'm 5 weeks out. Down 24lbs Yeah, burping all day and night. I'm glad I work in a plant with all men. They aren't as judgmental...lol
  18. I grossed my boyfriend out...lol. I don't care. I was sure SOMEBODY else had done the spit out method...lol
  19. Embarrassing, I know. LOL I can't take a sip of something or take a bite of something without burping....every time. I haven't seen much posted about this. I'm sure it's normal, I just wanted to see if any of you still do it a lot or if it eases over time? As always, thanks
  20. But no gas pain? That was the worst. I hope you feel better soon!
  21. Thanks!!! Glad I'm not the only one that was weirded out! I love this app
  22. Are these knots the same as the thread like stitches? I can see a little bit of the thread sticking out of three of the scars. They will dissolve right? Lol...
  23. Sleeved the 17th. I didn't have to do any pre op weight loss. I weighed 242 day of surgery and now I'm at 220. Total loss of 22 lbs Jyst now starting exercise. I'm having trouble getting the fluids and Protein in too...
