Need More Soft Food Ideas!

Hi

I'm 2 weeks post op and I'm wondering does anybody have any good soft food ideas or recipes? I'm basically eating eggs, salmon and yogurt? Also how long does stomach swelling usually last?

    hello!!

    swelling, ummm about 3 weeks, or a month max <---- I was told by my surgeon. I'm 6 weeks post-op and I'm about to eat upto a cup of food! :) so, even ur mushies food phase will get better... and for puree's I ate: yogurt, applesauce, popsicles, ice chips, caldo de pollo, soft chicken/beef stew.. puree veggies.. they actually taste great!! :D
