High Protein Diet...help!

I need some help...actually I need a lot of help!

I am having a horrible time sticking to my diet. I have no had the surgery yet, but the nutritionalist wants me to start the diet now so it will be easier after surgery! I get that, I understand, I agree....

BUT I CANT STICK TO IT!!

Everyone around me is eating cheeseburgers and spaghetti and subs. Can anyone help me with an easy menu plan for an office that eats out everyday????

Any and all help is appreciated!!!

Thank you,

Erin

My office is the same way. Order smart. If you want a burger, get the burger. Take it off the bun (or order it with no bun) and have it with salad. I'll order a turkey & Fresh Mozz sub, but ask them to put it in a tray (NO BUN) have it with just a little Oil & vinegar. They all order it that way now.

Or order a grilled chicken salad, and get the dressing on the side.

Get a grilled chicken on whole wheat wrap. There are a ton of things to get, don't set yourself up for failure, just take a few minutes to plan it out. Get a few menus and highlight some items that will fit in your plan.

Good luck, you can do it!

If it affects your eating that much, get away at lunch. Go for a walk or take your phone or laptop out somewhere and forget about food.

What will you do when you return to work? Plan for that too.

Thank you everyone!! Your responses have helped quite a bit.

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to leave during lunch. I do the lunch runs and we all eat lunch together.

I will def take a look at that link! Thank you!

My favorite was side salad with grilled ckn breast. I would cit it up and add it too the salad. And I was carefull with the dressing. I mixed half packet of ranch with half packet bbq. It was great.
