  1. Thank you everyone!! Your responses have helped quite a bit. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to leave during lunch. I do the lunch runs and we all eat lunch together. I will def take a look at that link! Thank you!
  2. I need some help...actually I need a lot of help! I am having a horrible time sticking to my diet. I have no had the surgery yet, but the nutritionalist wants me to start the diet now so it will be easier after surgery! I get that, I understand, I agree.... BUT I CANT STICK TO IT!! Everyone around me is eating cheeseburgers and spaghetti and subs. Can anyone help me with an easy menu plan for an office that eats out everyday???? Any and all help is appreciated!!! Thank you, Erin
  3. Ok. Here goes nothing! My name is Erin. I live in MD with my husband and daughter. We have two cats, PG and Gizzy, and I recently added a new member to our family, Tia, a cute pinto pony I rescued. I have been overweight my entire life. I have been there and done that on just about every diet out there. They work for about a month and then, poof, everything plus some is back and its not going anywhere! Ugh! I work as a receptionist/warehouse manager by day. In the evenings and on weekends I am with my students, giving lessons and riding horses. After years of trying and failing, I have decided the best thing for myself and my family is to have the surgery. My doctors agree as I also have PCOS, High blood pressure, severe acid reflux, asthma and quite possibly sleep apnea. I have not had the surgery yet, I start my nutritional support group classes next week, so I am 6 months out or so. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I just want to be healthy.
