Post Egd Symptoms...

I know it's normal to have a sore throat after having an EGD, but what about coughing up "junk"? Anyone come down with a cold or respiratory infection after having their EGD?

    I had my EGD this past Friday. I also coughed up a bunch of junk that tasted like the spray they used to numb my throat. It's gone now, though.
