chicken or beef???

Which goes down easier for you chicken or beef? I actually haven't tried beef yet but I've been reading some complaints about chicken lately.:phanvan I am afraid to try beef since I am having such a hard time with chicken. If I take more than 2 bites within 10 minutes it's surely a PB.;) I am trying to eat more protein but I am sick and tired of this constant golf ball.:angry I already went for an unfill last week so I would really like to work with the restriction I have right now.

I am glad to see that the poll shows that you can eat protein with care, I hope this isn't a mistake, i am self pay... even 8500 is alot to have it removed because of all the stuff I have been hearing.

Last night I tried beef for the first time. Had a 3 ounce steak (I used to spill more than that in my lap) and it was wonderful. Had no problem getting it down or having it stay down. Did find, though, that it didn't hold me as long as chicken has. 'Tis true -- everyone's system works differently.
