I'm pre surgery but trying to lose weight and be accountable before surgery. I need good examples and I've been using myfitnesspal off and on for a while. I'd like to add people who can help me with that. My username on there is jynacay. I was just going to start adding people but I wanted to make sure y'all knew I am pre surgery so you don't wonder why I'm eating so much. I'm not sure how I should be eating right now. I'll be having surgery before the end of the year but I don't have a date yet.

I keep trying to eat right but I also keep thinking I better eat now while I can! Trying to control that though.
