I ate one the other day. Kinda chewy. Definitely not a snickers bar. But decent protein and not too many carbs for a grocery store protein bar. If I remember right, it was 200 calories, 20 protein and 14 carbs. Not too bad to have once in a while. I wouldn't have one every day.

I like them I have one a day 1/2 at a time ...

I just bought some from gnc today. They were the larger size bars with 32g of protein. Four bars in a box two boxes for $8. I can't eat a whole bar so ill be cutting them in half.
