Of course, I know that this is a question to ask my NUT but it's 1am here..curiosity struck.
I've been reading on here that people cut their Isopure with Water to dull the taste. I think
It's a great idea! Mixing 20 0z of isopure with 20 oz of water and u get most of ur water and Protein in that. But if we add water to it, does it water down the protein? Anyone know the answer?
