Bikram Yoga

I Used to practice bikram yoga prior to surgery. I have not been since surgery but do want to get back into it. I am concerned that I won't be able to keep hydrated enough to cope.

Does anyone manage to do bikram post sleeve?

I have been thinking about trying it,mimhavent yet but I have a friend who loves it and I told her I would try it withher. I will let you know how I managed after the class, we will be doing it within the next few weeks.

I do hot yoga with no problem...1 1/2 hour class 5x a week. I hydrate before bed' date=' get up and hydrate, if I need Protein first it's a Protein shake that I mix with Water (not milk), like nectar. Then sips of water as needed between poses and after workout. I was sleeved in April and started back up 8 weeks post-op.[/quote']
