chest and upper back pain

I need Help!

I went for my 3rd fill and now when i eat chicken or meat, even tuna i get chest pain that goes though to my back, lasting until i throw up or have my daughter hit my back for some relieve.

Does this mean i have the restriction that everyone talks about?

    Yup sounds like it to me.

    Maybe instead of having your daughter slap you on your back, although she might enjoy that, LOL J/K, try eating smaller bites and chewing more.

    Food should be the consistency of liquid before you swallow your food. So chew chew chew.
