Just found out I have a small kidney stone & a lesion on my pancreas , my primary dr said the lesion is nothing to worry about. I'm wondering if I'll still be able to get sleeved. I'm scheduled for the 19th of this month. Anyone been through this? Hopefully I'll hear back from the surgeon by Wed.

Omg!!! I have a kidney stone also. My surgery is Wednesday and I don't even want to tell them about it because I have waited 9 months to get the sleeve. I don't know what to do either. Yikes

Wow , I think you should let them know at least. I called the dr's office to inform him, the nurse said it might be ok, of course can't go off that. I know I've been waiting too for 9 months & my insurance ends this month. I'm praying he does it. I'll keep you in my prayers though whether or not you decide to tell the dr or not. If you do have it done , keep me posted.

I had a small stone before surgery md just said I would have to drink more fluid post sleeve. Well let me tell u with four days of iv fluid the darn thing passes. A week post op I started having bloody urine saw my urologist three times had an ultrasound then a ct because back pain would not subside. Turns out no more kidney stone . They think all the iv fluids and peeing every two hours passed it. Mine was a small one. But it is something to mention to md
