2 Wks Post / How Many Calories?

I'm 2 wks post op and I am not sure of the calories I should take in. I am getting about 40 proteins, but only like 400 cal. Is this enough. I haven't lost anymore since I left the hospital.

Also, has anyone lost hair? When will that happen if it's going to happen to me?

Thanks!
