    Agree. If you want one of the grossest tasting shakes, hook up Muscle Milk. They often smell and taste slightly spoiled, even when they're not expired. Most of the powders taste better than Muscle

i have heard the same thing that muscle milk is no bueno. costco has a Premium Protien ready made with 30g of protien per drink. Best i have found. Cheap too a case goes for 25 for 18 giving ~$1.40 each. They taste great and have chocolate and vanilla and soon strawberry.

So Far it is the highest protien count in any one drink.

Ooh I'm going to give this a try. Gotta love Costco. They have cases of Chobani Greek yogurt (cheap) that is high in Protein too

only time I would recommend muscle milk is in a bind because you can buy them cold at circle K
