Need Some Advice....

I am 13 days post off and still on a clear liquid diet with 3 protein shakes a day. I am currently taking in 4 protein shakes and still finding myself so hungry. Is anyone else running into this so early on and if so what are you doing to curb the hunger?

Im still on my post op liquid diet too, i feel fuller when I have drinkable yogurt, and when i take fresh fruit and throw it in the juicer... It doesnt make me feel completely full but it keeps me content

Your "hunger" may be acid reflux. My suggestion would be to contact your surgeon, to see if an antacid would help. (I'm assuming you're not on one, or that one isn't enough....apologies if my assumption is incorrect.)

Best of luck

My dr prescribed me Prevacid dissolvable tablets , I'm bad and stopped taking then cause they made me feel nauseous. Ill have to try taking them again to see if that helps. Who would have though acid reflux would cause hunger. Thank you for your suggestion. :)

I'm still on Clear Liquids, so I can't have yogurt of pudding like a lot of people can. My dr doesn't do the full liquid portion, just clear liquids.
