Dieting & Soreness?

I have 5 days until surgery & about 6 days in on my pre op diet my joints started killing me! I mean I cant even sleep? My hips, lower back & knees. Whyyyy??? Did anyone else have this problem?? Google isn't giving much insight.

Have you looked up any causes online? Because I sure cant find any!

I have asked these same questions. only to be told that my 100 ounces of water intake with complete vitamin regimn was not enough. I began hurting within the first week of preop. All the pain was in my joints and my lower back. Extremely tired and constipated also. Im still waiting on a reasonable answer or some resolution.

They let you take vitamins! My doctor wouldn't even allow tylenol for the pain :(

Yes. But it hasnt helped. Keep us posted in your journey.

No, I haven't! Just dealt with it. I'm allergic to NSAIDS anyway, so no issues not taking them after surgery.
