Liquid Diet/broth Question

O I started liquid diet today. I've had only protein drinks mixed with milk & also a few bottles of water in between the protein drinks. I know it says I can have broth. I don't have any plain broth, can I just use my reduced fat/heart healthy chicken noodle soup & drain the broth & have just that? I would like to have something before I go to bed. Thanks!

Thank you! :-)

Your welcome, the clear liquid stage just means no creamy stuff no blended soups no bits.

So even if it was onion soups you can have the broth just sieve it to remove all the bits.

They say clear because you’re so sore and sensitive right now creamy or blended soups could give you pain or make you sick as its too heavy at this stage.
