My surgery was 8/6, today I almost went out and mowed the lawn! Lol what a difference a day makes . All external incisions healed except for one stubborn one!

I set my phone every 2 hours, I am either eating or drinking. Part of my beginning issues was I would fall asleep and lose track of time. Journaling is helping too.
