My big day is this Wednesday and I have not been able to fast. It's been really hard for me and I will tomorrow to prepare for surgery but I hope I'm not hurting myself? I did shakes in the morning and a meal at night, any feed back??

What did your surgeon require? 3 days liquid, one week hi protein, etc???

Make sure you follow your surgeon's instructions to the letter tomorrow as that is 24 hours before surgery. If you are to be on clear liquids only, then make sure you DO NOT CHEAT! I am not yelling, just being emphatic! Keep busy, drink lots of water and anytime you are tempted, just tell yourself, "it is only one day" and tomorrow it will all be over. Good luck!
