Charlotte, Nc Sleevers...

Hi, I am looking for local Charlotte folks that would like to start a support group or would like to get together to walk and talk. I am 11 days post-op as of today, 8/11/12. I am just looking for others like me that are trying to get their health back on track.

I currently go tothe support group at CMC mercy, but with my current fall schedule will no longer be able to do so. I am looking for a weekend supprt group that meets once or twice a month.

I am new to all of this so if you have any suggestions that would be great. I have talked to a few other Chralotte people on here. I guess the best way to start is to find out the area everyone lives in, get names and numbers and find a good place to meet up. I believe we can send private msgs to multiple people to work this out.

BeachGirl, I just got back from my 2 week post-op with my NUT and am down 20 lbs. I am very excited.

Chuckles, I spoke with a lady that can only meet on the weekends also. Let's all talk and figure this thing out..
