A lot of people, myself included, like the Premier ready to drink shakes you can get at Costco or Sams. You might also go to GNC and talk to them about what's popular. Good luck to you!

The Premier Protein shakes are my favorite too. Second would be Syntrax Nectar in Cappuccino flavor mixed with skim milk. Tastes a lot like a latte.

I like premier too. I also do the Costco version of slim fast, I like rtd drink Isopure zero carb 40g of protein alpine punch flavor taste like crystal light. I also just love carnation instant breakfast vanilla. Not the rtd toss in the blender with almond milk and ice. It's Yummers! Hope this help! I'm on day 4 of a 10 day pre op.

I'm also on my pre-op but all I can have are the Optifast shakes. Which are ..... just ok.....I plan on getting the Premiere shakes for post op.

Good Luck!!!
