Meal Plans

I am 3 1/2 months out and I still can not get the hang of the meal plans. I seem to sway back to my old ways, only in smaller amounts. I have lost weight but I feel like I could lose more. This has really been bothering me. :( Today I was craving potato chips and french onion dip. I couldn't give into my craving because we had not chips but one of the girls here gave me some rice cakes and I dipped 2 in the dip just to satisfy my craving and now I feel so guilty about that. I just feel like I have been on the wrong track since day 1 and I do not know how to get back on. I am just looking for some suggestions of meal plans. Take into count I am on prednisone and have been for over a year so I am afraid that might be part of it but have not confirmed that with my doctor. Any help would be great, sorry to lay it all on here.

I use my fitness pal to log my food choices and it tells me how many food calories i have eaten and there are so many other VSGr's on there and they are supportive.

As for meal plans I have googled VSG meal plans and there are a few hospitals that have posted their sample plans but your nutrionist should have given you one.

It gets easier.
