Gallstone Or Gas?

Hi all,

I've been experiencing a bit of pain under my right ribs. I thought it might be gas, but after searching online, I'm worried it might be gallstone. It is almost 10PM in India and I cant get hold of my doctor right now. I'm worried!

Nausea is listed as a major symptom after the pain. But I dont feel nauseous. So I'm kinda hoping that it is just gas and that it would disperse soon.

I just wanted to know what other symptoms I should look for.. I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow - but I just wanted to be prepared for tonight :(
