Pre-Op Diet

I am two weeks away from surgery and about to start my pre-op diet tomorrow and I couldnt be happier! Any tips for the two weeks before surgery?

    Just hang in there! I just got through day 5 of my pre-op diet and I never thought I could do it for this long! You will be hungry and you will want food but you can do anything for 2 weeks when you put your mind to it!

    Take it day by day,it doesn't seem to difficult at first but some days it can be really challenging....at least for me it was and I get the surgery in 2 days!:)biggest tip I have is sometimes it's great to put the shake in the blender and throw in some ice....blend it and it's very good!plus it fills you up more,and takes longer to drink.goodluck!
