Six Months!

Today is six months from surgery. I started at 234.5 pounds and, including pre-op weightloss (beginning January 3), have now lost 57.3 lbs. I feel like I should have done more!! I don't want to waste this and I expected to be proud and happy today, but now I am just sort of freaked out. Am I on the right track? HELP!

I agree with keepingmysoul, I have found myself comparing myself to others so many times, but I had to realize what I have accomplished in such a short time. And when I break it down that way, how could I not be ecstatic. You are doing awesome and you should be proud.
