Spinach Omelet

1 medium egg

1 tbsp cooked chopped spinach

1-2 tsp shredded 2% cheese

1 tsp Water for moisture

At 3 weeks post-op this was a nice Breakfast treat.

I should have taken a picture. Will do tomorrow
