Puree Recipes. Please Help!

I'm day six post op. I was cleared to start purée recipes. Anything that falls thru a fork they said. I am stressed on what to eat. How often? How much? What did you like? I'm scared of getting sick, or hurting. How do you hide the protein in without gagging? Help!!!

When I started pureed food, I used to make veg soup and then blend the mushed veggies and mixed it with the soup for flavor.

Try www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com. She's got an amazing variety of recipes and ideas for the various stages. Good luck!
