News Flash! Overeating Hurts! (Doh!)

Today at lunch, without a thought in my head or a care in the world, I snarfled down the remainder of my daughter's McDonald's fries. I was watching her play and not thinking at all. When I reached for another fry and found the box empty, I literally bonked myself in the head in the middle of the restaurant! ARGH!

I didn't slime (shocking!) but that was at 12:30 pm today and I am still feeling the discomfort 8 hours later. Had half a protein shake for dinner and will be back to liquids tomorrow to calm my poor little sleeve down.

Just thought I'd share that complete DOH! moment with y'all for a bit of accountability. Old habits lie in wait for when we aren't paying attention!

Keep some payaya enzyme around to help with those times - it helps "unblock the plumbing" according to my Dr. It really does settle your stomach if you have something that is just lying there.

Pineapple juice/tidbits help and so does Adolphs Meat Tenderizer. They'll get things moving up and out or down and out.
