Breakfast Ideas?

I need some ideas. I am really struggling with breakfast. I don't really like eggs. And protein shakes keep making me sick. Once I find one that doesn't upset my stomach a week in and then it makes me sick too. Pre sleeve I was mostly a carbs for breakfast kind of girl. So now I need some new ideas. Help....

    Throw some bananas or fruit and ice in a blender for a icy smoothie....yogurt maybe? Thinking of quick non carb breakfast also I just posted a thread bout what I eat and I have egg whites and morning star sausage ...it's 45 seconds in microwave and 40 cals per link

    I'm with HondaCivicDude, the Morningstar sausages are great. I have one of the sausage patties with cheese sprinkled on top. It's delicious.
