I asked this question with no response either. I just played around and figured it out. I see you added an attachment in your post so I assume you mean your profile pic. I mainly use my phone so.....anywhoo just go to your profile and click on the place your pic should be and the option to add a pic should pop up and you choose from gallery, camera.....etc

    Once you get to your profile touch where the pic should be and it will pop up from camera or library
