Suggestions Please

Can anyone give me suggestions on Protein? What powders are the best are there any seasonings in particular. Where is the best place to buy them. Also what is the Carmel flavoring I see a lot of people are talking about? Thank you

When did u have your sleeve done ?

I like premier shakes and EAS carb control

I'm preop but I started using pro7ein. It's very light you mix it with Water. It has 35 grams of Protein in 10oz. I like it but I want to check with my doctor if I can use it post op for the first stage.

I was told to look for something that was 100% whey protein isolate (because it's better absorbed than whey protein concentrate and other protein forms). Personally, I like the Unjury brands, but you have to buy them online. You can jazz them up by adding things like PB2 (powdered peanut butter), unsweetened cocoa powder, a tablespoon or so of sugar free pudding mix, or sugar free syrups like they use at coffee shops (you'll see a very few flavors, usually Torani brand at grocery stores, places like Cost Plus World Market generally have a bigger selection of the sugar free flavors, or you can go crazy and order online).

When I was trying things out, I ordered a bunch of single-serve packets. BJs Bariatrics does single packets of the Nectar brand. Vitalady.com does single-serve of a bunch of different brands.
