What Amount Can You Eat After Sleeve?

What's a typical meal look like for you after the sleeve? 1/4 cup? 1/2 cup? 1 cup? Just a couple bites? Or more like 15 bites? How long do you wait to drink before or after?

      9 months out... A comfortable meal size for me is 4 bites, depending on what I eat. But I eat often. I am never hungry. 115 lbs down. About 25 to go. I feel great.

      I am 4 1/2 mo post op and I can eat more than most. I eat .5 cups of non fat cottage cheese or 2 hard boiled eggs or an apple in one sitting. I eat 900-1500 cal per day, I think that is too high thou

    I'm nine months post op and I can eat 3 oz of meat and a few bites of veggie and carb. If I eat carbs only I can eat a heck of a lot more so I try to always eat protein first.
